Performance Holistics offers wellness-programs, nutrition coaching, lab-based plans, nervous system regulation programs, etc., all tailored to individual physiology and goals.

Clients are responsible for following the program recommendations. Performance Holistics is not responsible for outcomes if instructions are not followed.
Clients should consult with a healthcare provider before starting any nutrition, exercise, or wellness program, especially if dealing with medical conditions.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
The information and services provided are for educational and wellness purposes only, and not intended as medical advice.
Performance Holistics does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
You should seek professional medical advice before making significant changes to diet, exercise, supplementation, or if you are pregnant, nursing, have chronic illness, etc.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, programs, is owned by or licensed to Performance Holistics.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of services and the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see above). By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
8. Termination

Our total liability (if any) will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the particular service giving rise to the claim.
